"Comfortable room, breakfast was very good with a varied selection of items. The hotel is within a short walking distance of the attractions of Bruges. Parking in the lKatelijnestraat underground car park was easy, reasonably priced, and right next to the hotel."

"Service and facilities can't be faulted. It was excellent and made my stay enjoyable. Besides the excellent service, it is affordable and well situated, being 10 minutes or so walk from most of the important sights and restaurants. The rail station is also a 15-20min walk away, while a bus stop/interchange is 5 minutes walk away. "Classy hotel. Service was friendly and excellent. Rooms are spacious and feel historic. Ours had exposed beam ceiling. Location is excellent - right on a canal and walking distance to all the sights in the old town. View of the belfry in the main market square. "

"Lovely hotel! Spacious room, comfy beds, staff very friendly (especially the breakfast team). Great location, swimming pool is a big bonus if travelling with kids! Can’t fault it at all, would definitely stay again if visiting! "

"Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff and generally clean Cons: no airconditioning and too hot, even with windows open plus excessive street noise. Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality"
