"Amazing stay at this hotel just after Christmas. Perfect location to explore Bruges on foot. Our room was massive which was a lovely surprise! And the breakfast was delicious - hot buffet (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes), fruit, cereal and an amazing bread and pastry selection. We parked at the station and got the free shuttle bus into the main square, then only a 5 minute walk. Will definitely book again when I’m in Bruges! "

"One of the nicest places I had stayed in a very long time! The room was exceptional, amazing bath and shower. Looked recently decorated but it’s just good upkeep! We also used the wellness centre which was amazing! An infrared pod, sauna, steam, ice bucket, experience shower and jacuzzi all to yourself! The breakfast was lovely, lots of options. "Lovely setting, relatively close to the railway, quiet, cobbled street and close to many places of interest. Nice room, bed, amenities and breakfast. Daily drinking water was appreciated. Only grumble was a bit of mould in the bathroom - likely from a faulty extractor fan. Easily fixed. Will likely return"

"Wonderful hotel, city centre location, excellent staff, lovely well appointed room. It is a particular bugbear that when you stay in a hotel with facilities, you are charged to use them. We booked a massage, we had to pay not just for the massage, but to use the 'spa' - a sauna and steam room. I understand paying if you are not a guest of the hotel - but as a guest, it annoys me and frankly I don't return to any hotel which applies this policy. "
