"One of the nicest places I had stayed in a very long time! The room was exceptional, amazing bath and shower. Looked recently decorated but it’s just good upkeep! We also used the wellness centre which was amazing! An infrared pod, sauna, steam, ice bucket, experience shower and jacuzzi all to yourself! The breakfast was lovely, lots of options. "Sophie on the reception desk was fabulous. She provided loads of information on places to go and to eat. She also arranged an early check in for us. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were friendly and efficient. Shame the bar was closed, but otherwise great. Thank you. "

"We loved our stay at the Dukes palace. The hotel is very well located, the building is stunning and impressive. It’s very spacious inside with a fantastic central staircase. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and the checkin process being very easy. Our room allocation was fabulous and we had a great view. Would rate it higher but the spa facilities did not come included in the room rate which was a shame. Overall, fantastic and the only place to stay in Bruges!"

"WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. This was not a huge deal but became frustrating when I was try to address an issue with a previous hotel and the WiFi would drop and it delayed my conversation with them. "
