"On arrival, it was a little confusing to find the location as it is set back from the satellite navigation location on the road. Once hotel was found, it was easy to park in the public car park and not too badly priced per day. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough and the cleaning staff are friendly. "Far from perfect but Nice, if not very expensive, hotel with helpful staff, if you can find them. Front desk often unmanned. Lights in suite were faulty. Apparently repaired on day 2 but still faulty so both nights unable to have ambient lighting. Poor given huge price paid. Bathroom smelled of drains. No slippers in suite despite advertised and rubbish initial offering of tea/coffee for 2 people (e.g. 1 tea bag). Rectified but surely we dont have to ask at this price point? "

"WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. This was not a huge deal but became frustrating when I was try to address an issue with a previous hotel and the WiFi would drop and it delayed my conversation with them. "

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."

"Thank you to the hotel staff for my stay with my parents there. The front desk was always ready to help and attentive which is great when you are a tourist. It is a clean hotel , even that doesn’t have an elevator the front desk helped me with my luggage . Thank you for our stay and is well recommended . "

The best!

"This place is a hidden gem! Wonderful, friendly and helpful service. Nice breakfast on beautiful china. Great location out of the tourist chaos, but so close to walking everywhere. I highly recommend this place, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bruges! *I had to leave super early one morning due to a Belgian train strike (had to be on a bus at 6am to Amsterdam). One of the ladies booked me a taxi for the next morning for 5:30, and the driver was exactly on time easing my stress. ❤️"
