"Stayed one night, I needed to be close to the hospital and wanted to be comfortable. This was perfect. As close to home as I could have gotten. Well, I didn’t eat breakfast because I had to get back to the hospital the next morning, it smelled amazing! I stayed in the veranda room, had its own private bathroom. Beautifully decorated and bed was comfy. Owners were very nice and attentive. "

"The place was nicely decorated, great kitchen. Only 5 places to sit but we had 2 staying and 2 visitors so it was ok. Back yard is pretty small but good enough although the sofa is in front of the back door, so some maneuvering was required."

"We all enjoyed the space & comfort of the house. Beds and linens were very comfortable with plenty of seating area for a large group. Neighborhood was very quiet and pool area was great for relaxing in the evenings when the sun went down. Our golfers loved the four golf courses near by. Owner was readily available (though we had no issues). We were enjoying spending time with our family so didn’t really make use of the movie room or the huge TV. Recommended for large groups."

"New owner as of few weeks ago. Restoration work being done. Beautiful setting, Pecky cypress ceilings in main area. Wood floors with beautiful carpeting up stairways and through halls. Very clean. My room appeared to be recently painted. Very comfortable. Wi-fi iffy. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Continental breakfast. Apparently lightning strike on chimney has created some problems. "I have stayed here quite a few times, room was relatively clean, I use the makeup mirror and I noticed the arm was had not been cleaned in a while, had dust on it. A little turn off, also shower head was not not fully attached to wall and bathroom door was a little beat up. I must say this is the first time i have noticed such disrepair at this hotel. I am sure it was probably just that particular room."
