The power outage was no fault of his own as part of the neighborhood also lost power. He was very concerned and seemed genuinely sorry for the incident. "Prior to my arrival I was not sent any instructions for accessing the property. When I arrived I attempted to send a message to the property owner, I also went to the front door and through a Ring doorbell the owner asked who I was and didn’t realize the date so was unprepared for my arrival. He quickly prepared the room but the lack of communication and confusion on the dates was a bit disappointing. "
