"My husband and I stayed in the very nice property. The host was very accommodating and everything was as pictured and it is very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The Woodland area is great. "Surroundings of property were shabby at best. Owner gave detailed instructions that were more micromanagement which include smalled typed multiple pages. NOT 2 bedroom. Pull out sofa was terrible so owner provided a foam topper that was very dirty. Bathroom sink was copper so owner warned us not to use any soap/chemical except the provided hand soap. (We used the kitchen sink to brush our teeth and shave.) We paid a fee for our well behaved dog yet the owner kept reminding us not to let him...

"Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. "
