Search Villas in Spring

"Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better...

"The property was clean. It had a wonderful Kitchen and Master bath. The TV's were very nice."

"This house is very convenient to I-45 to get you anywhere in the city, in addition to surface road travel if that is preferred. The check in was very simple, any questions were quickly answered and the host was very gracious. We brought our dog, was the yard was enclosed so it was easy to manage the puppy's needs. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Houston!"

"It was a beautiful home with everything you need in it. We had our wedding and it was better than we imagined. Water pressure was good, the hot water was great considering here were over 20 people. The games they had kept the children entertained. The host was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. My parents left their dress and suit and she said she would ship it to us. "We were very happy with the space. It accommodated our group of 7 adults and 5 kids nicely. The pool area was great! The house could have been a little cleaner, the carpets and rugs were stained, walls were dirty, TV screen had finger prints and there were dust and cobwebs on the light fixtures, Fridge, microwave and bathrooms were clean. Just needs a good deep cleaning. If you’re not a clean freak, would recommend!"
