"This was our first trip to Bali, and we wanted it to be perfect. After doing copious amounts of research and reading countless reviews, we chose Hotel Indigo. From the minute we were greeted at the entrance and escorted to reception where welcome drinks awaited, we immediately knew we had made the right choice. The staff were warm, personable, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcome all throughout our stay. The room blew us away. It was much larger than depicted in the online photos and far more comfortable than any hotel room has a right to be. It was thoughtfully appointed with everything we could want or need. From the daybed on the balcony and the large shower with rain head fixtures to the ample walk-in closet and the supremely comfortable bed, we felt like visiting royalty. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. So many choices and everything prepared perfectly. We had dinner every night at the hotel – why go offsite when everything was so wonderful? The outside areas – pool, gardens, and beach – were beautiful. The surrounding area was easily walkable and felt very safe and the hotel was far enough off the main road that we weren’t bothered by noise from the many clubs and restaurants. If we had any complaints at all, it would be that we didn’t stay long enough. Hands down out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at around the world, Hotel Indigo is the best! We can’t wait to return! "

"This was a gift for my daughter and fiancé for their engagement and the hotel staff went above and beyond in making this stay memorable for them. They decorated the room and even supplied a cake with well wishes written on the icing. "An amazing hotel with friendly staff and highly professional service. The breakfast menu and buffet were well-prepared and nicely presented. However, the spa was overpriced compared to luxury spas outside the hotel. The area outside the hotel was a disappointment, with poorly maintained roads, pavements, and pedestrian walkways, making for a frustrating experience."
