"The location is great, it’s super convenient to take grabs everywhere and the parking makes it easy for car pick up rides. There’s restaurants and grocery stores within a minute walk radius. The staff are friendly but poor communication and understanding. I called down to the restaurant, it took 3 people to order, at the end I just went down. Also it took almost 2 hours to get towels for the room, called 3 times because they didn’t replace any while cleaning. Then there was another incident with...

"The hotel has an amazing pool and beautiful spacious rooms. The fitness centre is fairly limited with just a couple of pieces of equipment and a few free weights. They include a lot of extra perks like 2 free cokes each day, 2 free beers, chips, cookies, and afternoon tea which consists of a coffee or tea and a few light snacks. A daily breakfast buffet was also included. Overall the hotel is beautiful and is in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, etc....

"Very clean and well kept property. The staff were extremely kind! Very polite and attentive to our every needs. Leaving the place felt sad, as I had gotten used to it so much. The property feels natural and very organic which is what we were looking for. Yet everything was there to make our modern lifestyles fulfilled. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for an authentic Balinese experience. "

"Our favourite place to stay in Bali! Some areas are still under renovation, but you can’t see / hear in your room:) Great food/shopping/beauty options nearby. Love their app too, makes requesting for things / ordering room service so convenient. Highly recommend, can’t wait to be back again!!"
