"Incredible hotel, stay & the villa/amenities of the hotel are amazing. An incredible outdoor (private pool, patio) & indoor space (amazing bathroom/bedroom) with the best customer service - our butler Gede was the best!! "

"The rooms were comfortable but didn't realize the first floor bathrooms would be open to nature. We found a frog in our bathroom one morning and the last morning found a lizard in our bathtub. I'm all for nature but outside of my room. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy of the our own pool and common area."

"This property is need of a renovation, and a big clean. The surrounding area is a bit like a ghetto, and inside the property the nicest part is the gardens. The service of cleaning the rooms daily was non existent with them not collecting food trays after breakfast which were still there the next day. Next time I’ll pay a little more for a better quality hotel/villa."

"I’m so torn on my review of this property. The staff was so lovely. It is so very close to the beach, and shops. But, I chose this hotel based on other reviews about how it is a sanctuary in the middle of Canggu. I could not disagree more. Fireworks going off right outside my villa every night. Loud nonstop music from the beach clubs every night. This is not the fault of the hotel, I’m just shocked that other guests left reviews about the serenity of the hotel, when it is not that. "In the heart of the city, tons of great restaurants nearby or within a 10min drive. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast made in our private villa everyday. The villa was safe and secluded with a private pool! Felt comfortable the entire time, didn’t even bother locking my door after the second day it was so safe. 10/10 will be coming back here!"
