"On arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful especially with explaining the car parking payment method which was new to me. The restaurant menu was varied and fairly priced. Breakfast was , I thought, very calm and had a great variety on offer for a very large hotel. The car park was not the easiest to get to as it was at the rear of the property but was just a few yards away. A great stay. "

"The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. The air con was good. My electricity tripped while I was ironing and as there was no way to contact reception that I could find, I had to go down to reception to arrange for maintenance. Not enough people checking in customers at a time that the hotel know it’s going to be busy so it took 20 mins for me to check in behind a big party with only one person doing the check in"

"The hotel is very stylish with a nice bar in a fab location near Chinatown and Oxford Road train station. Convenient bus stop right outside too that goes straight to the Trafford Centre. 15 minute walk to all the main shops in the centre. Our room was large and beautifully decorated and quiet, I would definitely stay again."

"Excellent location for a city break. Local transport very handy and easy to use. Easy to get to the new CO-OP Live stadium. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Amy. Definitely stay again, and thoroughly recommend."
