"After a long day of driving, we were greeted by the front office staff with a friendly efficient welcome. You could tell he loves his job and wants to be sure all the customers are well taken care of. This hotel is in a great location, and brand new. The two highlights for us were a very clean comfortable room and the breakfast!! It was the best complimentary breakfast I have ever had - crustless quiche. What a great start to the next day."

"The staff was so nice and helpful . The beds were very comfortable . Everything was clean and new in the room - with a nice size television screen. I loved the bathrooms, they were modern and sleek. "I left my wedding ring and didn’t realize it until a few hours after the fact. Words can’t express my relief upon calling that they had my ring in a safe place waiting for me to pick it up. Huge shoutout to Brooke and We do for their honesty and good natured attitudes upon picking it up. The honest staff gives this place a five star review despite the current construction. "The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher."
