"This property was great! I checked in and got my bags inside and was so happy it was even better than what I expected! The hot tub was amazing because of the view, the bedrooms were very large and comfortable to move around in. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. They also had condiments and spices to use for your cooking. The ovens were top notch and so was the gas cook top. I have nothing bad to say about this experience. "

"Everything was good except the closets and drawers (one chest of drawers was missing a drawer completely) were all filled with personal stuff. there was personal papers and toys in the loft. it made it seems more like borrowing a friends cabin rather than a rental property. "

"This house is in the perfect location! Just outside Pagosa Springs in a very quiet neighborhood, but not super close to other houses. It is the quintessential mountain cabin with plenty of living space, but a cozy feel. The kitchen is well-stocked and it’s nice that each bedroom has an easily accessible bathroom. It was just what our weary souls needed!"

"Overall, good location but the attention to detail was lacking and the pool table is a hot mess. There were cobwebs in the light fixtures in the kitchen, lots of light switches to try to figure out what goes to what, lack of towels, empty body wash container in one bathroom, fireplace didn't work and we had to have someone come out and they took quite a while to get there.
