Despite the blizzard conditions complicating travel from the Midwest, we had the most perfect wedding day in the mountains! Communication was open and fast from the start and throughout our stay. "This property was in a beautiful location and perfect for a relaxing vacation! It was clean and spacious and provided everything necessary to unwind with friends and family. We did not need this perk but it is pet friendly which is a huge bonus! The property owner was responsive and friendly and we will certainly want to stay here again!"

"Our family had a great time. We loved the secluded cabin and the access to Buena Vista and Salida. Going to bed with the windows open and falling asleep to the sounds of Browns Creek was awesome. Rick is a wonderful host. Very flexible and easy to reach if needed. We were blessed to find one of the coolest places in Colorado to make memories with our daughters!"

"Time for the owner to put some money back into the property by making some repairs. The sliding door, screen and vertical blinds were all non-functional. Steps at entrance need repairs. The tub in the main bedroom bath is "out-of-order." Overall quite clean, however we did find trash and things behind the dressers and nightstands. Know that "creekside" is actually down quite a long steep hill and you really can't hear the water flowing. The night sky is beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked....

"Love coming to this place. It is quiet and has all kinds of wildlife around it along with a wonderful Hot tub!. This time of year, not as many people there which is right up our alley! Have stayed before and will definitely stay again! Would recommend to anyone who would like to be off the main drag and watch deer, birds, chipmunks and rabbits daily!"
