"Everything was great. The only suggestion is the shower knob needs to be tightened. This was our first time at Shell Island Resort and it left a pretty good impression on us. We will be back and will request the same room. Thank you to Madison for finding us a room on the top floor. I called days in advance to make request and the person I spoke with did not place it in the notes. Madison worked her magic and it is greatly appreciated."
