"I loved my stay "

"This was the best stay during my Switzerland trip. The location is convenient, being near the train station. They upgraded me to a bigger room. Most of the staff in the hotel are friendly. There is a nice breakfast and gym available."

"Reine Victoria is BEAUTIFUL. This is where we were supposed to stay. Unfortunately, we had to make a last minute change to our itinerary. Although our reservation was non-refundable/non-changeable, they were kind enough to accommodate my change! The only catch was i had to stay at Laudinella, which is under construction, so no amenities on the premises. With the being said, it's a quick walk right across the street.... however... i had no desire to walk across the street (in the snow) to use the hot tub, so we missed out on that. We did try to have drinks at the bar, but it was closed for a few hours for a private event. Again, another bummer. This was only a layover where we were catching the Glacier Express, but besides skiing, I'm not sure what else there is to do in the area? They do have a shuttle to/ from the train station, which we didn't know, so we ended up paying (27CFS) for a cab. Breakfast was great!!!"

"Close to train station. Staff are accomodating esp the reception. We got the family suite and was spacious like a mini apartment. Amenities like bathrobes, slippers are included. "
