We had an issue finding the house and I was unaware that the entrance instructions were in the VRBO app, but the manager was very responsive, even later at night so that we could find the house and get in. The manager was also very responsive when I let her know that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and not working, and neither was the disposal. "The Shell Castle his hands down the most creative and artistic place we have ever stayed. It is beyond what I could describe with all the shells, stone work and mirrors. "I have come to Evamar a few times. Its personnel are courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean and brand new. It is close to the beach and grocery stores as well as nice restaurants in San Carlos. Besides, I can bring Coco and Frida, our French Poodles!"
