"This Vrbo is in a perfect location. Restaurants, shops and viewing the river from your private balcony is amazing. We spent the day at Rocky Mountain Park to view the elk but the real reward was being on our balcony. A herd with two bucks and 25 does walked across the river. The host was on top of it with texts and permits for free parking. Comfortable bedrooms and living space. We will be back. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Bobby and Julie's condo during the Telluride Film Festival. The unit was super clean and well equipped - everything you might need in the kitchen, the living room was comfortable, toiletries were available etc. The location is great - you can walk to everything, including near by restaurants and grocery store. Bedrooms were quiet and dark and the beds were comfy. I misread the listing and thought there were 2 full baths, but it's actually one full bathroom and then...

"This was a beautiful spot right in the water. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and walkable access. We had hoped to paddleboard with our own boards, but unfortunately that is not permitted on the lake. That was the only negative thing, everything else was wonderful!"
