"The property is neat and clean. My second fall stay hiking, fly fishing and riding my motorcycle through out the scenic passes and off road trails. The property host David is more than helpfull and a pleasure to visit with. At the beginning of the 550 million dollar scenic hiway, i recomend this stay for family or solo travels. The local residents are very nice and helpfull. Allot of beautifull sights to see and the Aspen in the fall are golden."

"The property was perfectly situated, walkable to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of downtown Durango but only a quick drive from the airport and some amazing hikes. The property manager checked on us numerous times and accommodations were just right for our family. We will be back!"

"We spent close to a week at this location and was absolutely amazed at the beautiful scenery from the balcony as well as the condo itself. The condo was perfect for our family and enjoyed every minute of it. Never stayed somewhere that the room was stocked so well. Did not lack for anything. Owner was very nice to work with and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again if we are in this area."

"Very nice condo with lots of extras, but it’s located in a multi-use building (has offices on the same floor as condo). Not a big deal, but unique. Very clean & well maintained. Tons of room & nice living room area. The appliances are upper end. The only knock on it was the lock on the patio door from the bedroom didn’t work. By the looks of it, it hadn’t worked in a while. To be fair, they offered to come out right away to fix it. Overall, good stay."
