The Vip treatment was nice. Given that this was a less expensive property the Vip room was better than expected. Since the property is somewhat worn out it's understandable that the cost is low. I'll stay again.

It was a quick walk back from the airport after dropping off the rental car (only 10 minutes). There are restaurants on site and near by. Perfect location for an early airplane departure.

I used to love this hotel. Stayed 3-5 days a month for several years. Had a very bad stay but didn’t let that stop me. Then the very next stay the hotel staff did illegal stuff that put me and my families life’s at great risk. The staff tonight was extremely rude and I refuse to give them another chance.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it used to be my favorite. Evidently, someone damaged a room and I got blamed and banned for it. I never damaged anything and was completed blindsided by the front desk clerk. They acted unprofessionally, talking loud enough that the whole lobby could hear her “banning”me. She did say I could talk to the manager, on Monday. Problem is it was Friday. I guess they don’t keep a manager on duty. I’ll find another hotel to stay when I’m in Grand Junction. Too bad they ruined. 20 year relationship.

I have stayed there many times and this time is the first time that I felt like things were up to it normal standards. First, my room was freezing. Once I got the heat going it still was pretty cold through the majority of the night (had to request an extra blanket and still slept with a heavy sweatshirt on). The TV remote didn't work so they had to send someone to fix it. Overall the room felt dirty and not kept up. There were shabby broken blocks holding up the bed and the room had a dirty musty smell. Just seemed very run down. Not sure if I will try my luck there again on my next visit. One positive is that the staff is always very nice.

I got a great deal through Expedia for such a fine hotel. It was very clean and the room was comfortable. I really liked the pool, but did not like waiting in a "check-in" line at the desk to get a towel to swim. I also did not appreciate paying $14 to park! I was staying at their hotel, not taking a trip to the airport. It is a very nice hotel, otherwise.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room smelled of smoke and sink was clogged with cigarette ashes. They were kind enough to move us rooms. Bathroom in new room had a dirty towel on sink. Bathroom shampoo is a shower gel and shampoo combo, bring your own. Rooms look nicer in the photos. Lobby is super cute with a fun atmosphere restaurant, but pricey for the environment. I would not stay here again. The rates do correspond with what you get.
