"I’ve stayed here tens of times. It’s convenient to Mayo if you want to walk the six blocks. If not, the courtesy shuttle makes the rounds about every ten minutes. So necessary in bad weather. The restaurant, Twigs, is always good. I had a 4 pm appointment, and they let me stay til 2 pm so I could nap for the long drive home. That in itself is worth staying for. Also just blocks from huge nice park for walking, or take a walk up Pill Hill to enjoy the fabulous old homes and gardens. "

"My wife had extensive oral surgery at St Mary’s, and the surgeon asked that we stay in Rochester a few days until he could follow-up. We chose Aspen Suites, and coukd not have been more pleased. Everything about our room and the hotel itself was top notch. The General Manager was excellent, caring, and attentive to my wife’s needs. I give this facility a 10/10 rating "

"The rooms were clean and well maintained. Check in and check out was very efficient. Shuttles to the airport and Mayo Clinic are provided. Although in good condition you can tell that this is an older property. That is probably why they can offer a lower price compared to other properties in the area."

"When you walk in to the hotel, it is not very impressive. There is a small sitting area with a TV and a fake fireplace, and a check in desk. I believe there is the subway to the Mayo Clinic available, we just crossed the street because the hotel is so close. The latest one can stay without paying for another night is 1pm, check out is 12 The reason I gave the hotel a five is because of the room. It has a larger personal refrigerator, brand new furniture and several large mirrors. The bathroom is not updated yet, it the shower is really nice. The price is really great, the lowest we could find. When one considers the location, a pool, breakfast, a pool table, and parking, this hotel becomes a 5. There is on site parking, $15 per night, though the car needs to be gone by 3 pm the day you are leaving. "
