"Nice, cozy, old fashion hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and eager to help. Very conveniently located close to the hospital and nearby dinner and shops. Thanks to the underground and skyline connections, there was no need to go out in the extremely cold conditions. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit outdated, but were clean. Good gym, just needs some mats and to clean the machines daily. "

Water in bathroom sink run rusty so they should check the pipes. "
