Our team stayed here over the weekend of Nov 1-3. We liked the quiet hours rule at 10pm because we had early games. We also like that the hotel promptly dealt with the other team staying there when their players were running the halls and knocking on doors. We appreciate the quick attention to that. The pool area was great and the attached restaurant with a lunch buffet was great for the team! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Hotel rooms were clean. Thermostat is extremely outdated and the bed and pillows are 5 years past their prime. For $200 a night I would hope to not be sleeping on motel 6 quality bed and pillows.

Great location. But would not stay here based on proximity to the restaurant next door as it was full of fruit flies. Property and staff were fine. You must have the sign on your door to request your room be made up by 10:00 a.m. or must forgo it for the day. Maybe they told us and I forgot but I don't recall that. Otherwise it's a fine place to stay.

Great food at the hotel restaurant-River City Grill! Our room was outdated, 1 of the tvs didn't work and the bathroom door was filthy but the beds were very comfortable.

Everything was nice. We were near elevators, ice machine laundry room etc and a room across the hall was a bar/ gathering spot for a wedding and it was quiet. A bit stuffy when we entered our room. It disappated with the air on for awhile, and the hall had a chlorine smell from the laundry. Everything was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised with their “continental breakfast” that included croissants with eggs, cheese and sausages or bacon /ham, hardboiled eggs muffins toast yogurt cereal milk fruit and more.

Felt that the room was not as clean as it could have been, there was dog hair/fur on the carpet, and the mirrors were pretty dirty with a noticeable haze and wipe marks. Perhaps a different glass cleaner could be used.

This is a high end property, but as with any older facility, some things can do with an update. Our spacious, king suite could use a new couch, and the bathroom needs a new toilet and some attention to remove darkened caulk. Bed is excellent, and the 3 rooms (bedroom, livingroom with fireplace, bathroom) were clean. With the bedroom the farthest from the door and actually having glass doors, if you want to close them, we could not hear any sounds from the hallway- always a plus!

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a beautiful hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It's clean and quiet with a great pool area. The attached restaurant, River City Grill, has great pizza. The only drawback would be that the continental breakfast was not that great but I had my left over pizza and I was fine :)

A couple things that I didn't like was: 1. One side of the bed only had one plug in besides the lamp plug. My husband and i both had phones and cpap machines. So I had to have my phone plugged in by my husband. Inconvenient for night time trips to the restroom. 2. There was dirt and plastic pieces beside the bed and behind the bedside table with only one extra plug.
