Clean, affordable, and close to Minneopa State Park where we went hiking! One thing that took me by surprise was the lack of fridge in the room. Honestly it may have said on the listing but I didn't think to look.

When I booked at this place my expectations weren’t that high bcuz we all know that motel 6 doesn’t have the best reputation and honestly i was prepaired to move to a different hotel but this motel 6 was clean, quiet and honestly better then any holiday inn. I was shocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint are the rooms are a little smaller then normal but other then that it was beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

I have stayed at this property multiple times and enjoy it less each time. The location is convenient, the hotel is very clean, and usually much less expensive than other properties in the area With that said, there are some things that are annoying. The sinks are not practical. They are raised to be stylish, but the faucets are set too far in front, which makes it difficult to wash your face without getting water all down your front. Pillows are worn out and very thin. The shower curtain does is not appropriate for the lower shower side(not a tub), and so the bathroom floor gets soaked every time someone showers. The coffee was watery and undrinkable. The included breakfast is nothing but prepackaged muffins, granola bars, and sugar-added yogurt to take on the road. There were no hot foods or high protein, low carb, or gluten free options. Three of us stayed in the room for 5 days, and there was only one roll of toilet paper and three towels (which we used to wipe water off the floor). We had to ask at the front desk for more toilet paper when it ran out, and then we were given one more roll. There was a sign I don't remember seeing before that towels are only changed every 3 days to "conserve energy". The real reason, of course, is to save money, since nobody cleaned the room/tidied until the day we left, so they are obviously cutting back on maid service. In the future, we will probably stay elsewhere, although this is a decent option for someone traveling with a pet .

Newer hotel. Top end of the Motel 6 chain. Very clean, good location. Breakfast is grab and go but good selection of fruit, bars, muffins. No fitness center. Pet friendly. Great value.

The rooms seem well designed and very clean. Like that there's no carpet, just nice flooring. Convenient hooks on both sides of shower for towels, Cons: "Breakfast" is very minimal. Sweet stuff, yogurt, fruit and coffee/tea. There are packets of oatmeal but that's it for hot items. Being dairy-free due to both lactose and casein allergy, the only item I could eat fruit and oatmeal, but it'd be nice to have a non-dairy protein offering. There were no facial tissues in the room and we had to ask for a another roll of TP.
