"The hotel is in a great location and is nice inside however the walls are extremely thin so we could hear everything from inside and outside all night. In addition, unfortunately one of the hot tubs was out of service and we were only notified the day before arriving so could not switch our hotels as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They also did not have a process for using the one hotel (max 4 guests) so we were often just sitting waiting to use it along with lots of other...
