"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. "The staff here went above and beyond after we had an absolutely horrid experience at Canadas best value in chinook station. They were super accommodating and totally saved our trip to Calgary. Our room was lovely, very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was great too :) this will forever be our go to hotel when in Calgary! "
