"Very nice rooms. Very spacious for what we thought!"

"The front desk staff were SO nice and helpful. The breakfast staff were so patient and kind. Tried calling room service three times for dinner and never got a response… which was tough with three kids and having to order skip at that point. There was a loud whirring constant noise right outside the bedroom window all night long, but wouldn’t be an issue in a different area of the hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the kids really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! "

"Good hotel for families, but the pool has strange hours. It doesn’t open until 9am and the waterslides don’t open until 5pm because they have lifeguards on duty. It was disappointing for our kids. We wish the hours were more clear when booking the room. We likely would have chosen a hotel with a regular water slide that you can use all the time. "

"Exterior is dated but interior is all redone. Regardless of that…staff is second to none. You will not fine a more helpful staff. "
