"Everything was good except the bed was awful. it was a spring mattress that caves in when you sit on it. When you lay in it, the mattress is sloped to the left so you can tell thats the side that all the guests sleep on because its close to the night stand and theres a chair and ottoman that kinda blocks you from getting in on the right side. Not just this one, but ALL hotels should rotate their mattresses to prevent this from happening. Also, I understand that theyre cheaper but spring...

"We opted for an upper floor lake view room….it made the experience. It was bitter cold out and it was wonderful to be able to hunker down and see the world unfold in the cold. The little electric fireplace was also a nice bonus. We appreciated having and larger apt fridge for our food etc. as well as a basic set of plates and utensils.
