My room had dried up body fluids all over it. My TV had lipstick smeared all over it. The facility lost power and cable. I checked out after the first day because of all of this, but was charged the full week anyway. I’d recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Dirty in general. Our room had sticky floors, hair in the shower stall tv remote didnt work and the travel size products had been used previously. The condition of the room was rough too. It had water damaged ceilings, burn marks on the tub, tv had a line through the screen and the window that doesnt close all the way. We just delt with it since we only stayed the night. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you are ok with poor conditions and possibility that someone could crawl through the window.

I did not stay at the property, as soon my husband pulled into the parking lot, the police was blocking the entrance because they were arresting a hostile person. The parking lot has homeless people surrounding it and sketchy people walking around.

Water pressure was strong, Tv had many options, Breakfast was sausage and eggs that i enjoyed. Overall, cannot complain about my stay here. Staff also very friendly.

Overall, our stay was less than pleasant. The first room we were offered had not been cleaned beforehand. The second room offered had an inoperable vanity light. The third room door locked but was difficult to open/close and the bed light nearest the bath was inoperable as were the outlets the night stand.

We enjoyed our stay. These gentlemen were very accommodating, the rooms were clean and well stocked. Our maid was probably the kindest one we have ever had. We come by Chicago frequently, and we will definitely be staying here every time we come back.
