"Very nice stay! Right in the middle of the third ward. Wonderful staff. I was dissappointed that they didn't make aware the cost of the valet. I had two other guest meet me there so i had inquired about parking options. They told me to just park in front of the hotel and itd be taken care of. On checkout, they charged my account almost 300$ for parking for two nights. We probably wouldve still utilized the service but it wouldve been nice to know prior to the charge."

"First time staying here for an event at the Fiserv. Perfect location to walk to the venue. Staff was amazingly friendly and quickly accommodated moving our room closer to friends. Valet parking was very friendly and easy to use. Bed was comfy and room was nice and dark. Only Dias bathroom door is a slide and gaps a lot. Definitely would stay again for another Fiserv event!!"

"Desk staff were super helpful. Breakfast is free and it has a lot of options. Clean rooms at a good price. Will definitely stay here again."
