"It’s a Great Boutique Inn. We stayed on New Year’s Eve. Our room had a corner view of the river with sliding doors that opened up. It was nice sitting with the doors opened. We were however annoyed that on New Year’s Day they didn’t offer any continental breakfast even though they advertised it when we booked. "Very charming historic inn. Staff was nice and helpful upon check-in, and when i accidentally locked my key in the room. I booked the Bouvier room on the 3rd floor which was quiet and comfortable. Being a historic inn, I went in with the expectation that it would be low frills, which is was. But for the price, I think it's a great option for anyone staying in the Newtown area who wants historic charm and to be in the walkable State Street area. "
