"Very comfortable, but freezing at 6pm until we put heater up to 26 degrees. Tv needed a PhD to work and given price, a few complimentary biscuits or something like that, would have not gone astray!! We stayed in Urban penthouse I thought that would have better views, wished we had chosen park side. Great neighbourhood."

"Cheap and great location. Looking a bit sad in the hallways. Has parking but it was a bit tight. Room was ok. Very old. Not a fan of the "bathroom" - Shower and toilet in a glass box with no room to move. TV didn't work well. But for the price. I would stay again. "

"The property is located handy for gest whom love South Yara lifestyle. Transportation to Melbourne City handy, but it is expensive. The apartment has all of the required fixtures and equipment. Security is OK! Privacy is very limited, therefore all of the blinds shall pulled down. Due to the ground level location and a 4 m wide canopy the apartment never get any sunshine. The host Yodo was very helpful. AJB"
