"Room was great,staff were brilliant,unfortunately the car park was shut which we were unaware of and a main reason of why we chose the Angel so we had to pay £30 which we hadn’t budgeted for so check before you travel,also the lift at the hotel was out of order but got a slight upgrade because of this,would stay there again "

"The room was ok , had to pay extra for another room as partner couldn’t get in lifts as room was on 10th floor .Bathroom had makeup on the tiles ,so it wasn’t cleaned properly before we get there , dust in the wardrobe ,other wise it was ok"

"Great location, very comfortable bed. Super breakfast. A real pleasure - However- Disappointed that bar closed at 11pm with no advance warning. No accomodation made for Residents, no Room Service. Hotels are not BnBs & other Cardiff hotels offer late drinks for resident guests. Wake up call Marriott."

"Perfect stay, room was comfortable and incredibly clean, the food was amazing and staff were great."

"When I arrived the staff were polite and friendly, the room was well presented and clean, unfortunately there was a noticeable smell coming from the shower drain. In the evening when I used the stairs there was a fork and some food that had been spilled, this was still there in the morning. I advised the staff at reception and they sorted it."
