"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. "I like this hotel overall, but they have some things to work on. You can't see it from the road - if you don't already know it's there and where to find it, you never will. They have no drop off area for luggage - it's quite dangerous to try in the middle of the street, and parking is quite far. The staff is wonderful. "Lifts can be annoying as you feel like you are waiting forever and when the doors open it full, this goes on and on in the mornings and it irritated the life out of me. Also the shower, it was just fixed and unable to remove it from the wall, hence not being able to rinse soap off with ease.. Staff were lovely Breakfast was good but no fried eggs! "
