"Very clean, great location near the Gilbert Regional Park. We couldn’t figure out how to use the thermostat, and the windows didn’t open on one side of the casita so we couldn’t get a cross breeze at night. Very low water pressure in the bathroom sink, but fine in the shower and toilet. Otherwise it was perfect for our needs. A comfortable bed and pillows, quiet neighborhood, clean. We would stay here again if in the area."

The casita has several unnecessary pieces of bedframe storage addition thst take upnspace that.could be used for a small table so we could have had our meal not on the bed or floor. "Lovely guesthouse in quiet residential community convenient to many golf courses and hiking trails. Property amenities including private on-site pickleball court and pool were top-notch. Meticulously maintained guesthouse was comfortable and cozy! Would definitely recommend this property for a couple stay or 2 single travelers! "
