"I had a great stay at this property. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The property is the perfect place for 1-2 people and has a lot of modern touches that make the stay feel like a nice place. It is also in a great location, and I did not hear anything from neighbors during my stay. Overall, I would totally stay here again, and if you're looking for somewhere to stay very close to downtown, you can't beat this...

"Great location. Property also in great condition. Awesome communication from Vince. Only thing the property is missing is parking, but i knew in advance. Public parking lot 1 block over about $10 all day parking per day. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Wish communication between the guests and staff was more efficient. Everything was communicated through email- (delayed responses) On site staff members can not assist guests with their stay as they are not associated with guest stays. Overall rating 7/10. "

"This unit is great for a family or 2 couples. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. We were bummed the pool was under maintenance and could not enjoy it. Otherwise everything was fine. "

"A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you!"

"Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

"It was a nice small 1 bedroom apartment but the garbage truck came before dawn and woke us up. We also don't get check out rules until after we had been gone from the property for over 30 minutes. "
