"The bathroom door would not close due to a repair that caused the baseboard to bulge. Had to use a coat hanger or trashcan to keep yhe door- almost closed for privacy. The water diverted got stuck and the shower wasn’t able to be use. Contacted the front desk. The diverter was pulled so the shower worked. But nothing could be done to fix the door to the bathroom Love the pools, location, ability to play pickle ball or tennis, working out, restaurant, min bikes, gift shop on property....

"First off, the resort is beautiful and all the staff were wonderful. In most cases I believe it would be an easy 5 star review, however we did not stay at the best time. The resort was preparing to transition for a private event which effected the dining options and had a lot of work going on around the property. My main complaint was we were not made aware of any of the changes before or even upon check-in. It wasnt until the morning after that we received a text saying the main resteraunt...

"My wife injured her knees on her flight. We were booked on a second floor. On the second evening, I spoke to the front desk and they kindly moved my wife and I to a suite at no extra cost and even sent a bellman to assist us. Very kind of them. Made our last two days wonderful. Thank you very much. "

"We stayed in the back by the conference rooms which was ugly & a long walk from everything. Should be for the very loud conference guests only. Hotel could not keep up with towel service at the pools - although they were lovely. Staff was hit & miss. "

"We just returned from our six night spring break trip to the Sheraton grand at wild horse. We went with our two children ages 8 and 11. It was absolutely perfect. Far enough outside of the city that it is quiet and relaxing, but close enough that we were able to go into Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa within 20-30 minutes for various dinners or activities if we wanted. The hotel is beautiful and everything you want. We did ask for a room as close to the lobby as they had available because...
