My husband used the gym and said it was just ok. The patio was very nice and private being on the 4th floor. Great walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay."

"Nice condo, clean. Dated furniture. Bed was a foam mattress basically on the floor. Location was near restaurants and Old Town but the unit was pretty far from pool. It was a good place but boring location, frankly all of Phoenix was pretty boring to me."

"Great location, large heated pool and hot tub, and comfortable beds. Also, the kitchen was well stocked and the supply of coffee and snacks was a nice touch. Tammie the host was very responsive in her communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend!"

"The condo was clean with a large screened in balcony. The view was of the lake and multiple water fowl to watch.There is a great walking trail around the lake also.Pool was clean and enjoyable, also 2 pickle ball courts. There was everything you needed in condo for a great stay. The grounds were well kept"

"Lots of space in this unit that was everything shown on vrbo. Nice furnishings and well stocked, plus the convenience of a garage. location is excellent for walking, shopping, and restaurants. Very up-scale area. "

"In part we chose this unit as it said the pool was heated. it wasn't.also, a very small thing, but the unwrapped bar of soap in the shower was a bit off putting. It was a bit odd for there to be beer and cheese in our refrigerator."

"Outstanding property, excellent staff and service "

"This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Peggy does an excellent job of providing all that is needed to enjoy our time in Arizona. Beds and furniture are very comfortable; condo is clean. Kitchen is fully stocked and new washer/dryer are easy to use. Updates are made regularly. Pool is nearby and very nice. Location is perfect for our needs. AJ's and Walgreen's are a 5 minute walk away. We have already booked for next year, and have peace of mind in knowing it will be great...

"Good location, very clean, I would stay again. However a few things to be aware of. #1 - Entry and parking is confusing and not well explained. We were told the garage parking spot, but it was not clear which garage. The unit faces a series of garages, but those are wrong, it's the garages in the "alley" in between several units. Also there was no way to open the door between the unit and the garage first, you had to open the unit from the front door and then there was a key hanging near the...
