Chris was a fantastic host, answered all our questions promptly and was very informative about the area. The house is within walking distance of the CBD, the Botanic Gardens, the market and the Ian Potter centre which has outstanding aboriginal art. All in all a perfect place for us. Thank you Chris"

"Really nice and fresh recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment. Nice rooftop balcony opening from the kitchen/dining area ideal for breakfast and BBQ. Street parking permit included and good availablility of parking spaces. Highly recommended city apartment just 2 min walk to the South Melbourne Market."
