"We generally enjoyed our stay. The apartment is directly across from the stadium and a rugby stadium and so just be aware if there are events taking place. Otherwise it’s a rather quiet area right on the river. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to food including groceries. The train station is about 10 minutes as well. Overall good! "Really enjoyed our stay in Cardiff - hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms don’t have usb charging points for phones - I didn’t think to bring a charging plug as most hotels don’t need them nowadays - and I really don’t want to be going back and for to reception to charge my phone. It just makes the hotel seem a little dated - apart from that the hotel was nice and clean."

"Stayed for one night as a spur of the moment whilst in Wales. Check in was very nice and quick. Room was clean and had the standard amenities provided and though near a main road junction I couldn't hear any noise from outside. Very close to the centre so you have plenty of options for shopping and eating out. I recommend going to Bill's for breakfast as the pancakes and the porridge is just stellar and a great way to start the day."
