"This has been our go-to hotel in Austin for literally decades. It’s a 10 minute walk to the heart of South Congress St, the Bat Bridge, and Town Lake, and offers all the amenities you would want for an extended stay. The staff will go way above and beyond to help out, including receiving packages, providing kitchen items, and arranging very late check out times. This Extended Stay may be the last affordable hotel in one of the most expensive cities in the entire US and we highly recommend it! Eat at Sandy’s across the street!!"

"Our stay was easy! It’s easy to park and the valet is amazing in hoe he helps you navigate the check in and where to go. Check in is easy. The staff in bar where your free champagne awaits is so fun! The location of the property is the best! Crossing lake on Lamar can be busy but you are in a lovely area. Love the relaxing pool and property. The bed was comfortable! All positives give it 12 stars! I wish the bathroom lighting was done by me. It’s so bright! Haha. As in any hotel not all rooms are equal so if you face the dog park area you will hear barking during the day but not at night….so not an issue for us. I would prefer to face Juliet , a fun bar across street. "

"Great, quirky little property in the middle of South Congress St. Great shopping, restaurants, and bars within steps of the motel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Pool area is really cute with a great bar! "

"This hotel is along the water. You can get on a swan paddle boat or a short walk to downtown. A beautiful well manicured park is nearby to unwind and watch the dogs play. Definitely a great place to stay. "
