What a beautiful hotel! The room could use more powerful AC, but we live in Austin so heat is a norm, but the stay was still nice.

Everything was great. I was charged an amenity fee and I wasn’t aware of this, I also gave a tip. If I would have known I was being charged that would have been helpful. I was not aware the credit I received for food was for the restaurant next to the hotel. I paid for food that was not correct and I didn’t eat it. Other than that everything was wonderful. Staff are very kind.

The hotel was fabulous, very Austin cool. The staff was amazing. The tv in one of the rooms of our suite had a software issue. It was late at night so the staff gave my husband a key to the room next door so my husband could watch TV without waking me. The pool was awesome and food delicious!!! We will return!!!!!

Staff was rude. There were cigarette buds on the balcony and no soap in the room. We had a double bed room but the bathroom door did fully close and the dressing area was very small. The other rooms might be better.
