"Staff was generally friendly. Wanted to use the pool but it wasn’t heated like advertised and was too cold. Had breakfast at the restaurant and the 1 person working did not pay attention to our order or what we were saying and kept bringing us the wrong stuff. There was only 3 people total in the restaurant at the time. Parking lot needs work, lots of holes. The beds were not very comfortable, my back is hurting quite a bit after this stay. The pillows smelt like dog and the rooms are not very...

"Check in was great, breakfast was great, bed in room was good, other furnishings - chairs, sofa bed were horrible. There were multiple tears in sofa bed. Carpet had been replaced but not properly placed under baseboards. Horrible parking garage with only 1/3 of elevators working. No covered walkway from garage to hotel lobby."

"The hotel burned down because of a fire two days before my stay. I’m honestly not sure what the protocol would be after this happens but I was not informed by anyone and was just luckily informed by my own being and research. I contacted hotels.com and they were unaware and did not provide any help. I would like a full refund because I did not stay. "
