"Clean with a nice pool and hot tub area. It was a bit confusing to drive to the first time. It's close to the highway sonits convenient to get around but not walkable to most tourist places. Free parking and breakfast make up for that for me. "

I contacted hotels.com and they were unaware and did not provide any help. I would like a full refund because I did not stay. "

"Nice hotel but no free breakfast. Nice bar with some food but expensive. Charged $10 per night for parking. The parking is the regular lot out in front of the hotel. No covered or valet. Had to go out in rain to put the parking sticker on my own car. This is just a way to get money without you being aware up front. Ridiculous. You would not pay this in comparable hotels."
