"The location was amazing for walking to downtown right at the foot of the Congress street bridge. Never need to use an Uber. But unfortunately this place is falling apart :( Upon our arrival, the room we were staying in had NO air conditioning!!! The atrium was 10 degrees cooler. Don the engineer went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Also, only 1 out of 3 elevators was working, and apparently that had been an issue for 2 months. We always try to stay in Embassy Suites wherever we go,...
