"If window faces highway it can get noisy. Hotel smells of smoke in hallways and seemed to detect a hint of urine on the first floor. No coffee maker in room. Elevator broken "for foreseeable future." Despite issues, stay was better than expected, did not hear any noisy guests. Improve your amenities and replace carpeting."

"The hotel burned down because of a fire two days before my stay. I’m honestly not sure what the protocol would be after this happens but I was not informed by anyone and was just luckily informed by my own being and research. I contacted hotels.com and they were unaware and did not provide any help. I would like a full refund because I did not stay. "
