"We rent properties for short stays in Austin fairly frequently, and this was by far one the best places we have stayed. Our group included 2 adults and 3 teens/young adults. "Six friends stayed to celebrate a 50th birthday. Each of us had our own space thanks to so many comfortable bedrooms. The early birds stayed in one house while the sleepyheads stayed in the another. South Congress is easily walkable and offers all you need for food and fun. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. While we never found the iron, everything else was clean and well stocked. "

"This house is exactly what is depicted and more. It is new, perfect open concept with access to a nice backyard, and has a beautiful finish out. Plenty of room to park in the driveway. The property was clean and they had everything we needed in the kitchen. Property management was very responsive and accommodating even with the short stay we had. We will be back. Perfect little place to stay if you are coming in to enjoy Austin. "

"Overall it was a great property, nice big spaces, exactly as advertized. However, information about where you park and where the apartment is is very misleading. The photo shows that you should park in the lot next door to the apartment complex (tried to get in to not our apartment at all...we felt awful, but the person at that apartment was very chill about it...I wonder if this sort of occurrence happens a lot?), but there are signs that say permit parking only and we were not sure if we were...

"Our group of 8 had the best time at this property! Nathan was SO communicative and made the check in/check out process so seamless for us. There are plenty of beds, a huge living room that fits everyone comfortably, laundry access, a full kitchen, etc. The neighborhood is also very cute and has a ton of nice properties! We certainly would stay her again and can't thank you enough for a great stay!!!"
