"We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side...

"The property was as advertised with ample space for all guests. There was supposed to be a twin bed in the king bed room but otherwise, we had the beds needed/expected. There was a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms (water leaking to ceiling below) that needs to be addressed. All else was good."

"Great home with loads of amenities for our adult family. Really loved the sprawling ranch with lots of space to spread out, yet plenty of areas for us to gather and enjoy one another. The common areas were cozy, and gave us the opportunity to connect, eat together, play games, and lounge, while the outdoor spaces were fun too. Pickleball on the drive was a family favorite, as was the hot tub. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking and we shared an awesome Thanksgiving meal. Just the right...
