"Very good experience, was an extremely cheap deal. Location: location is good but a little far from things, but taxis are cheap and public transport available and also cheap. "I can only echo comments written regarding the helpfulness of the owner. Property is as described and the large pool is just steps from the patio. Maspalomas centre and Melenares beach are a 30 minutes walk away. Happy to recommend this accommodation."

"We stayed for nine nights in mid-February 2024. The villa is large - on three storeys - with spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely (cold water) pool with lawns and a generously-sized patio. The area is quite heavily developed but was very quiet and peaceful. The check-in was easy with a helpful and responsive host. My only suggestion would be for a longer stay such as ours, a mid-stay clean would be helpful. And a chopping board for the kitchen! Thank you."
