"The staff were charming from beginning to end - reception staff particularly. Nice room, good size. Floor outside shower lifted slightly so uneven and leaked slightly! Lovely breakfast in courtyard area with good choice. Small rooftop seating with plunge - ( booking system in place). Would re-visit."

"Best experience for my birthday. The room and views were amazing, especially the terrace. The staff are all so kind, especially Leanne in providing me with a complimentary champagne bottle to celebrate my birthday. She made my stay extra memorable. "First time visiting Mallorca for our honeymoon. First impression of the owners was super welcoming and wow the hotel is even better in real life than the photos! "We had a FABULOUS stay at Can Bordoy for my husbands 50th Birthday! The hotel is just stunning and our suite was so beautiful. So much attention to detail. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning and was delicious. You must dine in the Botànic Restaurant. The food is delicious excellent and the menu is extremely well thought out. "Perfect place to stay tucked away from the craziness down by the larger beaches. Clean and comfortable. Only knock is the mini fridges do not to keep cold. Staff are happy to sore personal items that you would like cold in the staff fridge. Great dinning options in the area. I Would stay again."

Rustic finca in a quiet location with pool and panoramic sea and mountain views

A little slice of paradise

"The cottage was beautiful and simple. Exactly what we were looking for. The views were spectacular. The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. We loved it and would rent again!"

Gorgeous views and massages but a few odd aspects

"The space is stunning. The staff are lovely and the location is great. Few minor downsides that are annoying for such a new, high end hotel, for example: - plastic water bottles everywhere (gym, spa, room); - weird LED lights in the room (aircon etc) impossible to switch off so none of the ‘pitch black’ I love from hotels; - we checked out two days early due to a home emergency, and whilst we don’t expect any refund, when this has happened in the past, the hotel we stayed at had given us vouchers for their restaurant as a goodwill gesture. Nothing like that here. There were a few other bits and pieces that seemed a little off (no aircon in the gym, no robes in the spa etc) but I imagine these are due to the hotel being brand new, and will be solved soon. Overall, I’m not sure I’d return, though the staff and view are wonderful. I may go for a massage - one of the best I’ve had! "

"Clean property, very good breakfast, attentive staff. The dog fee is pretty steep for Europe but it comes with a dog bed and a doggie care package. Gloria at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good walkable location with lots of restaurants around it. Try La Pergola which is only a 1 minute walk from the hotel and Humo Cocina de Brasa which is probably only a 5 minute walk from the hotel."
