"Staff was lovely but cleaners missed our room twice. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. Had to ask for towels also toiletseat was broken. Breakfast timing and choice of food was excellent. Over all good value for money "

"Staff were excellent and ready to help, had a fault with my balcony door, went down to talk to reception within 5 minutes someone had come up to fix it for me. Good location less then 5 minute walk to the beach and bus stops. Nice simple room 0 complaints "

"Good variety of breakfast and dinner. Staff are great. Bus stop outside hotel was super helpful. Close to beach was great. Loved live songs in bar area. Would have loved a kettle in room to make your own tea/coffee. And for a 4 star hotel would have loved slipper as the tile flooring was too cold. "

"Very good stay, quiet and safe. Walking distance from the beach and main strip with loads of restaurants for food options. Nearby beach clubs /restaurants in the day and the use of a day pass in their 5* sister hotel across the road which was great! "

"Great location on the coast. Spa is a bonus which is free to use for guests. Not easy to go for a walk at night no path on the road. Good buffet breakfast lovely touch to have some bubbly on offer but smoked salmon once a week!!! Would recommend if you just want to chill and relax."

"Amazing sea view and with the balcony doors open could hear the ocean from the room. Rooms very clean. No hair conditioner or body lotion provided. Staff at front desk were very helpful. Great location for long walks along the promenade, plenty restaurants and coffee shops nearby."
